Real Estate Listings Florida Homes and Land

“Profit occurs when preparation and experience meet opportunity."

Sold01.jpg There is a difference between listing and marketing.

If a Realtor doesn't market themselves then how do think they will market your property?

When it’s time to sell, you must be confident that every element of the best price, terms and marketing strategies have been considered before you select an agent.

The only marketing many Realtors do is to put it a sign in the yard and place the property into the MLS . In a strong seller's market, like we experienced in the past few years, that was almost all it took. But our market has changed, moving to more of a buyer's market. There are more properties for sale and fewer local buyers. Now marketing a home effectively is becoming even more critical for successful selling.

There are very few agents that understand how to utilize the powerful tools of Internet marketing successfully. Just look at the typical agents web site. The vast majority of agents that have web sites do nothing with them. Most simply don't understand the technology and terminology. They know nothing about Blogs, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Featured listings, Spot Light Listings, Handshake Agreements, or linking with other sites and agents. This is my job. I research these things and work to stay current on the newest trends and apply them for you.

Internet Marketing with these tools will get your property seen by more buyers!

Start with the resources I’ve provided below. There is no charge for this information. These will help get you started in terms of assessing your real estate situation and planning for a stress-free and successful sale.

The real estate market is always changing and it takes an experienced professional to market your property quickly, professionally, and profitably.

When your ready to sell, I will be your advocate, your guide, and your negotiator.

I will make every effort to successfully sell your property.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Joan Lovelace

Why Use A Realtor?

Hire a Professional Real Estate Agent

A qualified, competent real estate agent will help you navigate the myriad of decisions that arise when buying and selling a home. An agent provides value to the homeowner in many ways:

  • Pays for all marketing and advertising costs.
  • Adds experience and expertise in all aspects of the sales process including marketing, financing, negotiations and more.
  • Handles all showings.
  • Brings a network of known, trusted real estate professionals. If your agent doesn't have the answer, he or she likely knows someone who does.
  • Always has your interests in mind so you always have someone on your side.
  • Can handle and advise on all price and contract negotiations.
  • Provides you with all the possible options and opportunities without holding back.
  • Gives an unbiased, realistic view of your home and your options. Unlike buyers and sellers, an agent has no emotional attachment to property.
  • Has the knowledge to help you ask the right questions.
  • Being a third party, potential buyers are more likely to tell your agent the truth about your home, even if it is unflattering. This objective viewpoint will help you make the necessary changes to get your home sold.
  • Your time is valuable. A real estate agent allows you to spend your time how you want.
